Many folk have no idea who Chico is But we have added his link to the blog. Yes he sells motorcycle related stuff. But he ain't paid for no listing. Why is he added? Because he is the primary reason you don't have to wear a helmet in the state of Florida. E-mail him, ask him about the Helmet Law Defense League, ask him about BOLT (Bikers of Lesser Tolerance) ask him who helped him when he went to court against the state in 1992 in the case that led to the repeal of the state Helmet law. He's listed cause he is one of the originals. rc
