ABATE of Florida President attacks Panhandle Chapter president

Apparently submitting motions is now no longer acceptable in ABATE of FLorida:

Subject: Motion to be placed on the agenda for the December meeting

Hello Boots! I want this motion placed on the agenda for the December meeting. We used to have a form for motions. Wasn't included in the Presidents Handbook this year. Sherry has last years book.

MOTION: Card Carrying Members in good standing, of ABATE OF FLORIDA,INC, after paying visitors fee, be entitled to take their motorcycle inside the campground with them, when visiting.

REASON: #1 Our security is great, but not professional.
#2 No one person is assigned to watch others motorcycles.
#3 We can not be responsible for damage to motorcycles, should it occur.
#4 Most bikers want their bike with them where they can watch it.
#5 Members feel this is their right. Being turned away, for not wanting to leave their
bike and possessions has turned several away from this organization .
#6 Consider it a benefit of membership.
#7 Will not put any extra burden on gate personal
#8 No harder to enforce than our established operation.
#9 This policy of not allowing visitors inside with their bike is not listed in the Campground Rules given out at the Leadership Seminar
#10 This motion can be modified to include all visitors.

The way it is now visitors must park their bike at the front gate and walk in to visit venders row, brothers and sisters, chapters, or friends. Given the size of the campground this could prove to be some undertaking for anyone. (A ride will be given to those not able to walk far)

I have talked to Doc and other BOD members about this and was told, by Doc, the BOD does not want this. Not true some do! Therefore placing this motion before the membership will serve the majority. Motion introduced by John R. Brennan, Panhandle President

Although this note was apparently sent to Boots To be placed on the State meeting agenda
the ABATE of Florida President responds:

This is the last time you call be a liar Brennen. This was brought up at the board meeting and not one members of the board was for it. I noticed the people who you sent this to. You and your click keep trying to divide Abate and it's not going to happen.

Doc

My question would be where in the by-laws does it state the BOD must be unanimously for or against an issue before a chapter may submit a motion to be addressed at a state meeting?

And why were forms to submit motions left out of the Presidents handbook? Since the ABATE State Office can deny a chapter holding an event due to failing to fill out a form properly it would seem imperative that motion forms be included.

Papa John has put his blood and soul into ABATE of Florida for a long enough period of tiime that State President would be wise to consult with him (as well as other chapter presidents) as opposed to disrespecting him.
