Patriot guard mission: Saturday, May 5th, 2007
We will lead a group if anyone is interested. If you do not respond to this email, we will travel alone. The staging point will be the Burger King at the corner of W Pensacola and Capital Circle @ 8:45 am w KSU @ 9a. (We will not be at the staging point if we do not receive an email). Kevin Kight Memorial Parade Line Up starts at 10:00 am central on Middle Beach Road & Beckrich Road. (Panama City Beach Police will have the East Bound right hand lane of Middle Beach Road closed to thru traffic to facilitate line up). Parade begins at 11:00 central. This is the largest parade in the Panama City area. It is held annually in memory of Kevin Kight a Panama City Beach Police Officer who lost his life in the line of duty in the Spring of 2005. This is a fully LEO escorted parade around Panama City Beach and lasts approximately 1 hour. This parade is organized by the White Sands Chapter of Abate. They have once again invited the PGR to ride in honor of Officer Kight. Please bring your bike mounted Flags. The PGR will be positioned near the front as a group. There is an entry fee of 1 canned good or a monetary donation. The canned goods go to the local food pantry. The monetary donations benefit the COPS & KIDS program. Either entry fee is welcomed and appreciated.
