NTSB continued

We announced on 9-11 we announced that the NTSB (national transportation safety board) came out with recommendations that all states adopt Helmet laws. There contention is that this is the one action that can be take, that will dramatically reduce motorcycle fatalities. They are wrong, "Dead" (ours) Wrong. Not only were they wrong by continuing to focus myopically on Helmets as being the "holy grail" of saving motorcyclists lives. But they were negligent by not making recommendations that can have immediate impact on decreasing all highway fatalities, but they got there figures wrong also. See here.

Now there happens to be this little gig called referred to as the "Data Quality act" and a thread discussing such here , which is supposed to insure accuracy in government reporting. Which of course the NTSB violated and the NHTSA just tramples all over.

Mark Rosenker apparently did not care about our rights as American citizens
in 1972.  Why should we think he would care about our rights as American
motorcyclists today?  We must RETIRE ROSENKER:

before it's too late, fight for YOUR rights:

WE MUST RETIRE ROSENKER!
