By now those that have been keeping up with this site and the sites we link to, know that were the NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board), NHTSA National Highway Transportation Safety Administration), and the plethora of other alphabet soup agencies out there charged with ostensibly looking out for “our” (bikers) well being, serious about saving motorcyclists lives they could do so dramatically with a few simple actions having nothing to do with helmets.
They could recommend the
banning of all wireless communications while operating a motor vehicle, increase penalties for ROW (right of way) violations and recommend that Judges enforce the laws already on the books.
Chuck asked why it may be that these governmental agencies love us so much that they allocate so much of there resources trying to regulate us, ostensibly, for our own good? Which led me to grab a box of 9 volt batteries, flick on the the weather channel and commence to thinking (yes you now know the rest of this post will be bizarre). Somewhere I was taught to focus on not what I can see, but what it is that I do not see. It was while doing so that the light bulb went off (and I think blew). But consider the following (or not):
The fact that these agencies consistently focus on motorcycle helmets as “THE” panacea cure to reducing the death of motorcyclists on our nations highways is “evidence” that our continued deaths on the killing fields known as "Public Roadways"
MUST BE THEIR ACTUAL AGENDA!.Why else would they waste so much energy on the one
"theoretical remedy" that would do so little and so little energy on the "proven remedies" that would accomplish so much?
The fact that the NTSB did very little research of their own prior to their recent parroting of
NHTSA's flawed statistics is evidence of collusion and complicity as we may soon see with
Madd Rays FOI (Freedom of Information) inquiry. The fact the the NTSB themselves chided NHTSA for
using flawed data and then used it themselves demonstrates a complete disregard for the facts that are used as a basis to “protect us”.
So I submit to you, it is not that they care about us. It is that they want to lead us and the public into a
false sense of security that will ultimately lead to more of our deaths. That there true agenda is the demise of the “biker lifestyle” as evidenced by the lack of any significant penalty that, as per law, could/should be applied to those who would kill us.
I believe a case could be made that NTSB and NHTSA should be charged under the
RICO act with (except that the government when enacting RICO wisely held that federal agencies should be exempt from the law) with:
Conspiracy to commit murder (to kill the biker lifestyle).Aiding and abetting manslaughter by vehicle (by recommending what wont work as opposed to what will).Violation of it's Federal mandate to protect the public by contributing to the endangerment of a certain segment of the population (the biker) by purposely misleading the public. Targeting a certain segment of the population in such a manner as to place them at risk for bodily injury and/or death or demonstrating deliberate negligence in failing to engage in due diligence, by issuing recommendations that would protect said segment of the population. An action that is not only discriminatory but a violation of our (Bikers) civil rights. That by emphasizing that a fairly defenseless segment of the population is responsible somehow for the crimes perpetrated against it is evidence that these agencies are engaging in "HATE CRIMES" against the motorcycling public.Conspiracy to misdirect public monies in a manner as to hide the truth from the public.Is guilty of Fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud, by failing to reveal the truth about:a. Their consistent reliance on what has been demonstrated to be a flawed research model. That persons appointed to such positions of responsibility have an obligation not only to their agency, but to their funding sources and ultimately to the taxpayer to exercise restraint and err on the side of caution.
b. Why they fail to apply the same amount of resources to that which as shown by independent scientific study to be the larger threat to motorcyclists?c. Not communicating or admitting to governmental oversight their mistakes and flawed recommendations and perpetuating a lie on the American Public for fear the truth would lead to a complete investigation of their methods and agenda (and possibly their own existence). In short they are engaged in a conspiracy to hide the truth and consistently perpetuate a myth that results in the deaths of motorcyclists around the country daily.I furthermore contend that these acts of intentional negligence and misdirection are being perpetrated on law abiding American Citizens who have engaged in no crime. Unless the constitution has been suspended and engaging in ones freedoms, as guaranteed by the
Constitution of the United States is now illegal. If the Constitution still stands as the law of the land then I accuse NTSB and NHTSA of “
TREASON” against the American Motorcyclist/citizen through a
conspiracy to violate the rights of and endanger the lives of American citizens.
As a result of their malicious
negligence and treasonous activities I petition the President of the United State of America to take immediate action by ordering the military to seize all records of these agencies for congressional review as to their constitutionality. The “ringleaders” and their minions of these agencies be put on notice to explain there actions forthwith and enjoined from making any further recommendations that could further squander the public trust and the taxpayers money .
Furthermore: Any and all Senators an/or representatives of any state who knowingly and willingly takes action as recommended by said agencies prior to investigation of the truth of these matters be held in violation of their public and sworn oath of duty. That any and all organizations that receive funding from said agencies for whatever purpose may be construed to, if not aiding and abetting, at least be in collusion with said agencies for personal gain and ordered to immediately turn over their financial records to the the General Accounting Office for Audit.
Failure of these agencies to comply should be considered an act of war on a segment of the American Public that has committed no crime and has in fact been subjected to wide scale acts of
genocide through the use of weapons for which said population has no defense.
Failure of the government and/or it's agencies and/or it's designees to cease and desist from such hostilities leaves a segment of the American population already beleaguered by unconstitutionally
vague laws, laws that can not be reasonably interpreted by the common man, laws made and executed in secret compounded by the
suspension of Habeas Corpus and threatened with the
confiscation of private personal property without due process are left with no other choice but to take up arms and defend themselves by whatever means necessary as per there right as free men as outlined in the constitution of the United States of America.
