The court affirmed the city's complaint that the Yab Yum Club had been taken over the Hells Angels, the BBC reported Saturday.
Brothel officials, who described their establishment as up-market and exclusive, denied allegations of wrong-doing.
The Yab Yum Club, which operated from a 17th-century house on the canal in Old Amsterdam, charged clients about $500 for each visit, the BBC reported.
The club's closure is part of the city's plan to shut down about 50 brothels featuring prostitutes in store-front windows, the British network reported.
While prostitution is legal in the Netherlands, city officials in Amsterdam said too many brothels have ties to organized crime and traffic in women kidnapped into the sex trade, the BBC reported.
