Fort Walton Beach, Fl Motorcycle Chase-Um Duh

The following is from the Walton County Sheriff's Office:
On March 4, 2008 around 6:45 pm a Walton County deputy while on routine patrol on highway 3280 in the Freeport area observed a yellow Suzuki motorcycle with no tag. The deputy activated his blue lights to pull the motorcyclist over. The driver of the motor cycle started slowing down like he was going to pull over. At this point, he down shifted and sped off. The deputy then pursued the vehicle onto US Highway 331 South and then onto Bay Grove Road.

While on Bay Grove Road, the motorcyclist drove through several yards attempting to elude the deputy. Later, the motorcycle was discovered abandoned behind a construction dumpster in a wooded area. After an intense search, the search was finally called off around midnight. The motorcycle was confiscated.

The driver of the motorcycle was identified by the deputy as Ramon Wayne Shaw age 26 of Freeport. Shaw has several outstanding warrants out of Walton County.
