The latest crap from ABATE of FLorida President James "Doc" Reichenbach

"I believe the Governor may have vetoed this legislation (Referring to HB 137) if some internet cowboy wouldn’t have threatened the bill sponsors life. There is no excuse for the stupidity of sending an email threatening someone life over a motorcycle bill or any other bill. If you don’t agree with a legislator then vote them out of office. We see more and more internet “bikers” today. They’re the ones who talk a lot but don’t get out and support the cause. Most of them have been riding a few years and now think they know all about the lifestyle."

Usually when ABATE of Florida President James "Doc" Reichenbach mentions "internet Cowboys" he is referring to either this writer, who he had his "goons" bar from the April "open to the public" state meeting (see post here), or Bruce Arnold from Bruce and Rays forum who has been instrumental in getting the truth out about "King Doc" resulting in Bruces ABATE of FLorida life membership being revoked at the same April meeting or Sam of "Sam I am."

OF course he never states that in public as that isn't how "Doc" works. He operates through threats and innuendo and having "goons" do his dirty work.

It would seem that the organizations Sgt. of Arms might read "Roberts Rules of Order " so that they might understand that one of their duties is to call the President to order when he is out of line or violating the organizations by-laws or Roberts Rules of Order that the organization purports to go by.

Oh wait a second. Thats right. Silly me forgot how after a State meeting in Okahumpa, Florida I was cornered by two other ABATE goons and informed I better learn how to do things the "ABATE Way" and that "Roberts Rules of Order" don't mean "shit". And Oh yeah I forgot that when "Doc" and a number of his lemmings showed up at a chapter meeting he himself stated that Roberts Rules of Order is just to be used "loosely". I'll leave it to the reader to determine what the hell that means.

But the gist of the matter is that a Blogger that goes by "Bull Frog" made a statement after the passage of HB137 along the lines of "now I am going to have to kill and eat Lopez-Canterra".
We posted on it here.

It was widely reported in the papers, the state opened an investigation into "Bull Frog" who was obviously speaking metaphorically (in this era of free speech one must be careful with their metaphors). "IF" ye olde King Doc did not know it was "Bull Frog" (and we have no idea who Bull Frog is") who made the statement then he is to ignorant to be President of any organization or a lobbyist. "IF" he did know that it was "Bull Frog" that made the statement, then he should of just said it in his letter instead of leaving it open to speculation by many of his members who do not read the news papers and only listen to his drool.

Afterall when we refer to an MRO president/lobbyist whom we believe is one of the worst things to happen to bikers rights in the state of Florida we just say "James D. Reichenbach, president and lobbyist of ABATE of Florida" straight out. Do you see any innuendo there?

"I believe the Governor may have vetoed this legislation if some internet cowboy wouldn’t have threatened the bill sponsors life (referring to HB137)."

It's nice to believe that the Governor would not have signed this bill if "Bull Frog" hadn't made his statement. But to many senators and representatives busted their ass to make sure this bill passed to make that assumption. We know, we watched them do it. We can admit that we failed at our attempts to keep this bill from becoming law. Obviously "Doc" can't.

I'm surprised that Doc didn't mention SB1992, the most egregious threat to personal liberties introduced as a bill in a long time, passed. Oh thats right, because after I testified against the bill in committee he shouted from his seat (where next to him sat another of his "do boys," Hey Doc do you go anywhere alone any more?) "Bikers support this bill".

My question is, Doc as much time as you spend in Tallahassee you are never seen out riding your bike or at the local bike nights or PGR runs etc. How in Gods name would you know what the Bikers of this area want? Whoops I ferget, yer "do boys" tell ya.

One can only suspect that "Doc's" vehemence against "Internet Cowboy's" is directly proportionate to his dislike of the truth. Ride Free Doc.Add to Technorati Favorites
