Design Cycles Grand Opening

Design Cycles grand opening on Aug. 16Th was a smash...especially considering that the day started off with rain and there was also a Dixie Rider poker run . They had free food and drinks...that was worth the trip alone

They had a really fun contest to "name the mannequin" who was perched on a four wheeler in a sexy ladies Design Cycles tank top. They will decide on suggested names sometime today and the lucky winner will get a fantastic grand prize...these folks don't skimp when it come to generosity...in other words the person who gave the mannequin chick just the right name won't end up getting just a nice t shirt.

Speaking of T shirts, they do have some great ones made up especially for the ladies, black and white with BLING and all-now that's right up my alley...why do you think they call me Hollywood?

There were vendors selling all sorts of stuff at very reasonable prices.There were so awesome door prizes

I got a chance to meet Kurt Blankenship's family and all his employees which can get mighty confusing cuz they all seem to be one big happy family including the employees...

CMA were there, I was there with my Doggie Duds, Ma was there with some great motorcycle parts and jewelry...there was a helmet vendor and another lady also selling jewelry to mention a few...

Tallahassee Chrome Divas dropped by the "meet and greet" and we all had a big party...

I can say enough about Design Cycles. I've used them myself for new tires and a broken drive belt. Not only are they very reasonable but they are honest and don't try to sell ya a bunch of "stuff" ya don't need...

Kate/aka Mrs. Design Cycles was there and went way out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable...her hubby Kurt says she's the brains and beauty behind the business and after meeting her myself...I believed him...

Now folks that aren't afraid to get wet on a bike, we decided all needed road names so we had a hilarious time picking and giving those who didn't already have one a "road name"...

For those who missed it, you were at a loss...but I understand people can't be everywhere at the same time with so many other goings on, on Saturdays...just take my word and try not to miss the next event they throw...

I spoke to Kate and Kurt (the owners) this morning and they ask me to be sure and thank all the folks that came out and tell the ones who didn't to stop by and check them out anytime...

To Design Cycles: I welcome your new business in Tallahassee, They do actually Design and make bikes there, so if you are looking to get yourself on 2 wheels that will be a one of a kind...these folks are the ones you need to see.
