Giles Murphy was going west on West Tennessee Street about 11 a.m. when he collided with a Honda Accord driven by Jerrod Hicks, 21, said Investigator Travis Bergeron. Hicks was turning onto Tennessee from Campus Circle.
No one has been charged, he said.“The crash is still under investigation to determine who was at fault,” Bergeron said.
