Tallahassee Patriot Guard Road Captain has just got an "Official" promotion. His new rank is "Assistant State Captain". Though in retrospect I'm not sure "congratulations" is the appropriate word. Considering that some of the benefits that come with this position are increased expenditures of time, energy and self sacrifice
