Why did I post the post before this one-Bikers Rights-Mrytle Beach still sucks

I was posting on a thread that was discussing the ramifications of Myrtle Beach ordinances designed to discriminate and oppress a certain segment of the population. That being "bikers" overtly and in a covert manner "Blacks". Mrytle Beach has a history of not wanting Black Bike Week and it can only be assumed that since they could not get rid of it by outlawing the "black Bike week" they would just have to get rid of all the rallies.

Hell  it's true, it's documented so why sugar coat it. The racism and class consciousness is so thick in Mrytle Beach South Carolina that in order to support it they would just as soon harm the economy of their  town and citizens as to face their  own prejudice.

Now their are websites up,  here for example, engaging in damage control, alerting people that Mrytle Beach Bike Week will still occur. It will just occur all around Myrtle Beach instead of within the Mrytle Beach City Limits. I  have a suggestion should one care to strike a blow for liberty, BOYCOTT the damn Rally.  Then maybe the areas around Mrytle Beach will jump in Mrytle Beaches shit. Right, and I'm still delusional. After all Every state should have a museum devoted to an industry built on the backs of slaves that kills millions a year.  But, hey, thats freedom of expression. Ya'll come on down, ya here.

However, and I know that some are going to take this wrong, but I ain't much worried about the Black Bikers.  See the Blacks know how to fight for their rights. They been doing it for a long time and have gotten very good at  it.  Much better than us white boys. The NAACP has slapped Mrytle Beach upside the head more than once.

No it's the bikers and others who proclaim to be for individual rights I worry about cause they have not yet recognized that they ain't making a whole lot of progress. Which led to this little rant I posted on another forum discussing how it ain't just Myrtle Beach.  SOme will get it, some never will. SUch is live. So here for your consideration:

Problem is it is happening everywhere. It is an insidious march towards totalitarian class warfare that is being won an inch at time by the Corporate/Governmen t  alliance.

It is happening in Mrytle Beach, Ponte Verde Beach, Fl. (another Golf Haven) See:

Florida says Biker Bar a no-no, Atlantic Station in Atlanta, See:

Atlantic Station, Atlanta Georgia, Bans Motorcycles

and numerous little burgs across the country that want access to federal  money under numerous guises.

Earmarked money for "tatttoo rermoval" ???
Where is the money earmarked to assist one in getting a tattoo???

H.O.G. rarely takes a "bikers rights" stance and  Harley's "screw it lets ride" campaign derides political awareness.  They sold out before to AMF and now the top dog is Warren Buffet.

"A hundred Riders in the rain" being perceived as a "not bad number"  in relation to a "rights run" is indicative of how low the bar has been set.

I  know way to many riders who can not or will not speak out or act out publicly becuase of the impact it may have on their jobs.  A growing concern, but also a weapon in the arsenal of the Corporate/Governance alliance. A large number of the populace has grown up dependent and indoctrinated in socialism and poverty will break the backs of of most of those who remain.

Armies can not travel on empty stomachs and once you have jailed the few left who will engage in civil disobedience who will be left to to abandon all that they own to take their place?

How many "young" anywhere do you see taking a stand? Those that can afford it are getting degrees in business administration, those who can not are learning how to serve those that can.  Pay your starving enough to eat and they will be happy to expose themselves to the sores of pesticides as they pick the tomato for your Big Mac!  Their children will grow up believing that what little they have is all there is and therefor "good enough" for the greater reward will come after they are dead.   Some will see the inherent injustice in it and take what they want irregardless of risk and America's prison system, currently the worlds largest, will grow even larger.

As more are trained to obediently serve the enclaves  of the rich and powerful will continue to be populated by the corporate/Governance alliance that is no longer held accountable to the same laws they make for the rest of us.

To many claim a lifestyle they will not defend but yet are allowed to claim.  They  have confused democracy with individual rights.

Compare the actions of the animal rights organizations to those of Individual rights organizations and then ask yourself who really cares about what?

I'm in a 100% agreement with the saying Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. I prove it almost daily suffering from the illusion that someday the American populace will get tired of being screwed.Add to Technorati Favorites

Maybe Individual Rights activists could learn from the left,

And then maybe not. After all if Insanity is defined as "doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results" then Motorcycle Rights Organizations ain't learned jack and the words "adapt and overcome seem to be a bit wasted."

In fact the far right, you know, the dudes and dudettes that enrich the likes of Shawn Hannity and Rush Limbaugh as they "talk, talk, talk," their way all the way to the bank, have a long ways to go to catch up with the activism of the far left.

Consider the article posted here about eco-terrorists and Animal Rights Activists. And if ya make it back here consider the following:

Most of the movements that have created actual change for the rights of individuals have been instigated by the "left" and eventually the "right" came around. Oh damn, I just heard a bunch of lock and loads on that one.

But it does seem a bit ironic to me that while the right is preaching tithe to the triad, i.e. government, corporations and bankers the "left" has historically been in the streets fighting. Now you can argue that all you want to just as the "right" would have you believe that Global warming does not exist, just as many would argue that creationism is based on sound science and I can chew gum, talk on a cell phone and drive a car at the same time, cause I be special smart and talented. Hmmmmm, I wonder if the top of the food chain of "free market capitalists" believe that "all men are created equal?"

Ain't there a heap of them at the moment with their hands out to the government?  Blaming Obama the whole time?  Jeez the hypocrisy can be overwhelming at times.

Consider Florida's "Bright Futures Scholarship Program" a program set up to use lottery money to help
poor kids get an education.

From:
http://www.naplesnews.com/news/2008/jul/26/does-floridas-bright-futures-program-have-bright-f/
When Bright Futures was launched in 1997, it provided 42,319 scholarships for just under $70 million. Eleven years later, the cost to the lottery’s coffers has ballooned to more than $436.1 million, with 169,895 students benefiting from it, according to FloridaStudentFinancialAid.org.
'Reverse Robin Hood'
Eight years ago, the program was likened to the infamous hero of English folklore who robbed from the rich to give to the poor — only Bright Futures doesn’t involve wearing tights, and its actions, according to two researchers’ findings, are quite the opposite of Robin Hood’s.

University of North Florida economics professors Mary Borg and Harriet A. Stranahan explored who funds Bright Futures and who reaps its awards in a study they conducted in 2000.

Ultimately, they concluded that the program was “tantamount to an income redistribution program from non-white, low-income, uneducated households to white, rich, well-educated households.

The reason for this, Borg said, is because the lottery is a regressive form of revenue, since its flat rates to play take a bigger chunk of income away from those with lower incomes than those with higher incomes.

Additionally, her research showed that minorities, people with lower incomes and the lowest educated, tended to spend the most on the lottery, in effect funding Bright Futures.
This wouldn’t be a problem, however, if those people were the ones whose futures were getting brighter as a result of the program, but Borg and Stranahan’s research also concluded that those same people are the ones who are least likely to receive Bright Futures.

“Minorities with lower incomes and lower-educated parents tend to have lower test scores due to their having fewer advantages at home,” Borg said.  Without high enough SAT and ACT scores, students cannot receive the scholarship.
Of course when it came to cutting budgets this year no body wanted to touch this program. Oh no, a republican state wanting to do away with "welfare to the Rich".  God forbid. No, no, no, lets cut all those touchy-feely, feel good programs, you know like rehabilitation for inmates?  Substance Abuse treatment for those who can not afford it as we build more and bigger and more expensive to run prisons?????????

And why is that nobody can get rid of pork in the Federal budget??? Because everybody wants it!!! Democrats and Republicans alike.

Now do not get me wrong. I am not necessarily advocating for the tactic's of the "ecoterrorists". Got enough problems without the gestapo knocking at the door. "I am not arguing for Socialism and against free market captialism".

But there is a phrase that comes from somewhere. Let me see what is it, oh yeah something like "One Nation Under God with Liberty and Justice for All".   Hmmm, where did that come from anyway???

Oh well, guess it don't matter much since it ain't nowhere close to true.Add to Technorati Favorites

Sturm, Ruger & Company highs as gun sales increase

Stock handgun maker Ruger is bouncing off 52 week highs and Smith and Wesson was up 16% Friday while the rest of the market tanks. Now they say that the market is a leading indicator in regards to the economy. That it is predictive.

Since President Obama's Nov. 3, 2008, election, Sturm's shares have climbed more than 20 percent. And shares of rival Smith & Wesson Holding Corp., based in Springfield, Mass., have shot up about 40 percent.

Deutsche Bank-North America analyst Grant Govertsen, responding to an FBI report earlier this month that January background checks on potential firearms purchasers increased 29 percent from the same month of 2007, said fear of coming federal restrictions is boosting sales.

"Given heightened consumer fears of tighter gun control laws we would suspect an abnormally elevated level of firearms purchases over the next few quarters as consumers continue to stockpile guns, especially handguns and tactical (weapons)," he said.

The wave of gun buying is lifting sales of firearms retailers, too. Last week Sidney, Neb.-based sporting goods chain Cabela's Inc. said its fourth-quarter profit beat Wall Street estimates, partly on robust gun sales.

Cabela's expects the surge of gun buying to continue.

"We are not seeing the demand slow down," Cabela's spokesman Joe Arterburn said. "Many (customers) are first-time handgun buyers, who have never had a handgun in their home but believe now ... is a good time to buy them. More women are coming in looking to buy handguns, as well."
Stockmasters, get in on Ruger while you can - and go buy a gun before they run out. Just don't shoot your eye out, kid.

Hmmm, so just what is it that the market is predicting????Add to Technorati Favorites

The next way for government to take your money

As reported in February Forbes magazine: Last year in Vallego, Calif. 18 cops and firefighters retired unexpectedly. The city couldn't afford it and declared bankruptcy.  Bye Bye pensions/retirement. Under Federal bankruptcy law cities can propose their own reorganization plans and void contracts without liquidating assests.  Meaning you can get anything from pennies on the dollar to zip back from your pension plan.

Of course your state or city would not do that to their workers would they???Add to Technorati Favorites

Was I lying

In the previous post I mentioned that every time I mention Kitties or doggies II get e-mail. We ain't lied to you yet!
