WE ARE IN A WAR and the Florida legislators are our enemies
with the following:
During the 19 years of the Vietnam war 58,209 soldiers were killed (does not include MIA)We would add to our declaration a clarification of the word "enemy" as it encompasses more than the Florida legislature. It includes those who out of belligerence and disrespect by virtue of the size of their weapons of death no longer feel they have anything to fear from the "Biker" or "Freeman/woman". Who were not behind the wheel of a vehicle 30 years ago using the excuse, "I didn't see them". Because they all saw us, and did their best to stay as far away from us as possible. They did so because they knew there were consequences for violating the rights that we to paid for.

Using 2006 figures from the Florida dept of Highway Safetyas a baseline in 19 years you would arrive at a figure of 63, 935 traffic fatalities and 4,083,366 injured or "wounded in action". (Note: these numbers are arrived at using 2006 figures and are only an approximation for comparison)
In other words WE ARE TRULY IN A WAR and the Florida legislators are our enemy! The difference is in wars you die for a cause, in Florida you die to enrich the legislators.
Some were even introduced to rusty nuts and bolts that came from nowhere to shatter a windshield, or chain belts and whips that could take out a mirror in a heart beat. Some might say that we have outgrown or out-evolved these tactics as we have learned to form organizations with paid staff who have attempted to brainwash us into believing that we can can win our rights in legislatures or the
courts by trying to convince them we are "citizens" just like they, the politicians or non riding public, are.
To that I say "BULLSHIT", I am not like they are. Never have been and never will be. I am still an American that believes it when the Declarataion of Independence says:
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
and this we will do!
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
The Florida legislature has moved beyond apathy and negligence to intentional action to risk our lives, safety and happiness through actions that have no other purpose than to fatten their own wallets. We have laid out the numerous violations of human rights engaged in by our legislatures in the pages of this site. You should not have to search for them. Look no further than the capital where the robber barons convene at our own expense.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
It is not a light or transient cause to declare war on a body that jeopardizes the safety, health, prosperity and the lives of those whom it proclaims to govern. I choose to suffer the aristocracy no longer and will exercise my God given right to abolish that which seeks to oppress me.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
I will no longer shirk the duty passed on to me and all of us by those that established this country so that we might all be free.
Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies (individuals); and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain (Legislators) is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States (individuals). To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He (they) has (have) refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
We have noted them in previous posts. Guilty!
He (They) has (have) forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
The state no longer holds it's municipalities accountable to state law, allowing them to enact ordinances that contradict state law for the sole purpose of taxation without representation. No citizen can any longer freely travel the state without fear of violating an ordinance/law enacted by a fiefdom that operates from the knowledge that most can not afford to fight the fines that are levied upon them.
He (They) has (Have) called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
Laws are made in haste with little public notice as to when they will be heard at a large distance from the majority of the populace at times that insure that those who will be most affected will be unable to attend to the defense of their rights.
He (they) has (have) dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
During committee meetings at which the people are given opportunity to address their grievances, they leave the room, attend to other matters, and rush to an end meetings designed to provide for a though examination of the legislation before them whom most have not read.
He (They) has (have) refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
Which they themselves have caused through their attention to special interest groups and the establishment of laws of such numbers that they themselves can not help but duplicate them. In short they have angered the people through the convulsions they themselves have caused.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.
As evidenced by the unconstrained and out of control municipalities under his jurisdiction that enact law that violates law and enters into contracts with individuals not sworn to uphold the law to enforce the law.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
He/They have abandoned the constitution either by will or ignorance in favor of control disguised as governance
For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:Our Prison staffs, police forces and their weaponry grow unabated
For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
Taxing us to fund projects of dubious and suspicious nature as the state continues to lay claim to some of the worst health care, education, and wages encouraging instead "occupations of service"
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:
Through threats of harsher sentencing should you be found guilty of asking for your due right
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an
Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Coloniea
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
Replacing judicial due process with administrative code
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
Funded and directed by corporate lobbyists whose only concern is how to profit from our distress and ignorance.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.We have petitioned only for the rights granted us by the constitution of these United States. We have succumbed to political correctness and "government speak" in an effort to make our voices heard only to be ignored for lack of the price of legislation.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We have tried to elicit our brethren in our quest for truth and justice who have been unwittingly led down the path of the two minute sound bite and struck apathetic by the illusion of powerlessness they have adopted so as not to offend those who oin power would take what they have left.
And here we shall amend the last paragraph, not to make it better. For it can be made no better. It is divine in nature. But to make it more personal as it is not the British who are my enemy.
Therefore, as a free citizen and therefor representative of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the signers of this original document by which we declared our freedom, solemnly publish and declare, That as a free born citizen are, and of Right Free and Independent, that as a follower of the wisdom and bravery of those who created this original document are Absolved from all Allegiance to the legislatures, state or otherwise that no longer hold true to our destiny, and that all political connection between them that would oppress, ignore, seek to illegally profit from and turn a deaf ear not only to those such as myself, but to history as well declare the legislature of the state of Florida to be corrupt and incompetent and as such, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent individuals, have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent persons may of right do. — And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
We further pledge to stand for those unable to stand for themselves and stand against any and all that would steal, bargain, negotiate away, compromise or in anyway interfere the rights granted us by the father and our fathers.

This is not and has never been about "Bikers Rights", it is about the rights of the independent American whom media has portrayed as "Cowboys' and "Bikers". If we are to claim the mantle laid on us by the media then it is incumbent upon us to be on the front lines.
