Yes we know. If you stumbled across this site looking for Bikers rights stuff you might be a bit confused based on some of our more recent postings. Well hell, you might be scratching your head over a number of our posts going, ummmmm what does that have to do with Bikers Rights? Is this a conspiracy theory site?
Ah grass hopper, life's a conspiracy isn't it. How long did your parents conspire to keep the truth of "Santa Clause" from you. How many times have you conspired with yourself going, "I better not tell anybody about that?" (Come on, you have dropped your bike before and ain't broadcast it haven't you)?
And as far as Bikers Rights goes, one only needs to look at the Board of Directors of ABATE of Florida.
Whoops, my apologies. That may in fact not be a conspiracy, it may just be a monkey.......... resulting from massive ingestion of propaganda and cult juice. Damn I've got to quit, it's just that it is so damn easy.
Well here's the gig! Solely focusing on "Bikers Rights" results in tunnel vision that inhibits us from seeing what other individual rights are being trampled on. And at the risk of blasphemy, whose rights we as Bikers might be trampling on in a desire to protect our own.
Oh damn, whoops I did it again. For the most part Bikers, or maybe I should say "people who ride motorcycles" don't really do much about "rights" period.
Thus, the other postings. Cause Rights is Rights. Freedom is Freedom. Yes we understand that's a double redundancy. We are nothing if not consistent. Even with our inconsistencies.
So here's the thing, sometimes we just post shit with the hopes of making one or two people aware of the fact that "OUR RIGHTS and FREEDOMs," BIKER or not are quickly becoming non existent.
Our attempts, over the past, oh how many years, to piss of one or two off enough to kick in a cell phone using SUV's door have been pretty much been like, let me see, pissing in the wind. Some of that may be due to the fact that there are some out there who actually think it is a right to use a cell phone while driving. Although a bogus argument, hell use it if ya like. Gives the legislators comfort as they pocket the payoff from the wireless folk.
But then I have been know to be a bit delusional and have often wondered if I ever did come down from that last trip. Somehow I had always been under some illusion that "Bikers" were an independent lot and would be in the vanguard of any war against freedom.
But then I never would have believed that so many could be so easily manipulated by the Florida Department of Highway Safety into wearing pretty green t shirts saying "Ride Proud, Dress Loud!

motorcycle rights bits and pieces missed during the tallahassee ...
See, Ya see, we don't need to be a conspiracy nut. Reality is insane enough as it is. And no, I have no idea whose reality we are talking about.
However, we will continue to try and address violations of rights and threats to freedom as we come across them. Conservatives and Liberals be damned. cause here's the thing, if you ride a bike, any violation of your rights is a BIKERS RIGHTS issue!
Have a nice day and ride free ya all......Add to Technorati Favorites

Who is Sibel Edmonds and why you should know who she is
The ACLU has called her “the most gagged person in the history of the United States of America.”When we first heard about Blackwater USA (now known as Xe) , you can view some of our posts mentioning Blackwater USA or Xe, it's all the same, here, we were a bit intrigued. Afterall why would the United States, home to some of the best fighting forces in the world, need mercenaries. Ah yes, we can be cynical and naive at the same time.
We are always intrigued by how the government works. How it works locally, at the state level and at the Federal level. Although we never were a proponent of Reagnas "trickle down" theory (Kind of sounded like someone saying "if you will just be patient sooner or later someone will trickle on you") we do observe how corruption does seem to flow down hill almost as fast i f not faster than some other things.
Or fear however as it appears that there is so much stopped up at the Federal Level that if it is ever given a Righteous flush we will all drown in the stuff. So we try to keep at list a little informed so as to know when to pull out the rubber raft or at least don mask and snorkel.
The "American Conservative " (and no the reading of such does not classify me as a conservative just as watching "Sons of Anarchy" doesn't make any one Biker) has just released an interview with Sibel Edmonds that just wants you to holler, "more". But more is hard to get since the government does it's best to shut her up every chance it gets.
Excerpt:
So these conversations, between 1997 and 2001, had to do with a Central Asia operation that involved bin Laden. Not once did anybody use the word “al-Qaeda.” It was always “mujahideen,” always “bin Laden” and, in fact, not “bin Laden” but “bin Ladens” plural. There were several bin Ladens who were going on private jets to Azerbaijan and Tajikistan. The Turkish ambassador in Azerbaijan worked with them.
There were bin Ladens, with the help of Pakistanis or Saudis, under our management. Marc Grossman was leading it, 100 percent, bringing people from East Turkestan into Kyrgyzstan, from Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan, from Azerbaijan some of them were being channeled to Chechnya, some of them were being channeled to Bosnia. From Turkey, they were putting all these bin Ladens on NATO planes. People and weapons went one way, drugs came back.
Bin Laden(s)???? Read the rest here. Or go to this website.

Food for thought
Who his H.L. Menken:
Henry Louis "H. L." Mencken, known as the "Sage of Baltimore", is regarded as one of the most influential American writers and prose stylists of the first half of the 20th century.
Mencken is known for writing The American Language, a multi-volume study of how the English language is spoken in the United States, and for his satirical reporting on the Scopes trial, which he named the "Monkey" trial.

No one in this world, so far as I know-and I have researched the records for
years, and employed agents to help me-has ever lost money by underestimating
the intelligence of the great masses of the plain people. Nor has anyone
ever lost public office thereby. All I ask is equal freedom. When it is denied, as it always is, I take it
anyhow.
