Down loaded The PDF of the Press Release mentioned above including taking screen shots of the post as it exist on your website and have a copy of addresses you have sent it out to.
Many of the events you describe:
A. Did not occur as you described them, and/or
B. Never occurred at all.
We have addressed these issues on the website mentioned above.
I would like to address one statement you have made in this e-mail to insure that you in fact see it!
That statement is as follows:
We hereby formally request a complete copy of the February 27, 2010 recording of RC & Rouges’ presentations RC spoke about accompanied with a sworn statement from the recording agent that the recording was recorded on the correct date and has not been altered. ABATE of Florida, Inc. is also hereby publicly putting RC & Rouge on notice that should their slanderous activities continue, they, and any entity which publishes the false statements, will become targets of legal action to make ABATE of Florida, Inc. whole.
You can formally, informally, yell, request, threaten and/or demand all you want to. Anything I wish to communicate to you will, as in the past, be communicated via the site http://www.
But I am thinking you may wish to issue an apology to me for attempting to keep me off state property during your last "Freedom" rally and having two of your boys refuse to allow me off my bike when I arrived at a meeting publicly announced as
"all are welcomed to attend".
Might I suggest you list the slanderous statements you may be referring to. I will be glad to post them.
Just as we have posted a number of "truths" re: ABATE of Florida!
This has gone out to all the B.O.D. as your silence renders you culpable!

I was there and the acsusation that RC made slanderus comments against Florida Abate Inc. is ludacrause. And as far as the name of the rally belonging to Abate of Fl.Inc. is just plain off the wall. The name of the rally & Abate rally are different, just read and you'll get that. Please...
