Selling of America, the U.S. Chinese deal that scares the hell out of me

Recently we probably put about 10 hours into this post The REAL State of the UNION- It sucks big time and all three parties got it wrong. Reality!

We are not complaining, despite we know that few will read it since it is more than a two minute sound byte by someone who will mislead you regarding the constitution, socialism and twist the truth in such a manner as to appeal, not to your intellectual capabilities, but to your emotional fears and prejudices (and yes we know that was a hell of a run on sentence ).

That is why we spend so long researching a particular post and then writing an admittedly long piece.  If and when somebody does read it they will know when they are done reading it that we are not blowing smoke up anybody's ass.  Like us, love us or hate us we try very hard to deliver the truth.  Are we fair and balanced?  Probably not. Who is?

But we do promise a fair hearing of anothers views if they are willing to return same. 

Of course, as with all things, there is a caveat.  Arguments we will pay most attention to will be evidenced based as opposed to the rhetorical propaganda so often passed off as "truth". 

I also much enjoy philosophical and discussions of a spiritual nature.  I would not impose my particular beliefs in those areas on another as being a blueprint for governing as I don't want others doing same to me.  There are some conclusions I arrive at not by text but by experience.  

I hope if you haven't read the above link that you will at least make an effort.  I think you will be surprised at how far we have been led astray by "all" the parties.

Mideast, African riots: How we have created our own enemies

As anyone close to a TV set is aware, the Mideast and Africa is awash in rioting.  We first addressed and/or predicted how such situations develop and how our own actions create the overseas mistrust, if not hatred of America, in 2007.

In 2007 we posted the following: US political and Corporate disregard for the foundations our country was built on.   In this post we listed a partial list of dictators America has supported in the past and addressed at that time, how we were prostituting ourselves and violating civil rights in the  Mideast for oil.  Please note the phrase "Corporate disregard for the foundations of our country."

What we wish to point out now, is the similarities between what is happening in the mideast and the current situation in America that could lead to the same scenarios played out in our own "front yard".

Prior to linking wish to add a note: It would appear there is another Maddoff type ponzi scheme in existence that the SEC ( Securities and exchange commission) has been aware of since at least the 90's. Yet despite the questions of many, still "appears" to be operating?  Why?
