Paralyzed from the waist down by but what was then diagnosed as polio he was a working mans hero. Not afraid to take on banks, industry or any institution he perceived as the enemy of those who made this nation great. The workingman.
The Tea Party would cringe at how he brought us back from the brink of disaster. But then the Tea Party has no understanding of history. They only spit out the vile fed to them by the money changers.

We promise not be politically correct, or even give a damn about what most think (unless of course you would like to write a post regarding these subjects, which we would gladly publish. Just keep in mind that the donate button up there is decoration and rarely used as, living in the land of the free, has come to mean I WANT EVERYTHING FREE. Should I not be the recipient of someones labors at no cost to myself? After all, I need to contribute to the lying politicians who promised they would take care of me. So considering the new American Mantra, should you decide to offer your sweat, time and creativity, please do not expect to be monetarily compensated).

U.S. starts new amnesty for offshore tax cheats By Kim Dixon WASHINGTON | WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Wealthy tax evaders with assets stashed offshore can come clean with U.S. authorities under a new amnesty program with reduced penalties, the government said on Tuesday.We really liked this article. After all, our esteemed representatives spent much time arguing how to give the rich tax breaks. When all along, as we have stated before, they have been hiding there money and not paying taxes as it was. Now if we can just find where our esteemed representatives are hiding their bribes and payola?
The new effort follows a 2009 amnesty program, which lured 15,000 taxpayers with hidden accounts.It is unclear if the new effort will net as many wealthy tax cheats as the prior amnesty program, which was backed by the force of the U.S. government's fraud case against UBS AG, alleging the Swiss bank helped U.S. citizens avoid taxes.

As we posted earlier in JP Morgan Government relationship proves the Corporate/Government Alliance If you do any generic google search relating to corporate profits you will see that most are raking in the cash. Which of course leads us to wonder, where are the jobs?
Our next question would be, what action is congress, and no we don't want to hear excuses for either party, engaged in that will create the significant employment we will need to not only feed the people but save the country? Were sorry, we have to laugh at the two bullet train proposals.
As we have posted before,
A. There are numerous accounting tricks that can make earnings look to be more than what they are.
B. Off shoring of jobs to totalitarian governments where Levi's can have their jeans made by Chinese prisoners, we doubt will be the answer.
C. Loyalty, ethics, integrity are not used to define Corporations. Until (well even before) Citizens United vs FEC corporations were business's focused entirely on profits. That is the "job" of corporations. While we had were mired in a depression/recession that left many Americans transferring their to the Banks, agile corporations were establishing foot holds in emerging markets where people still had money to spend. They were not bringing that money home to help support America in crises. They were spending money on high powered attorneys and accounts to hide the money.

It’s a taboo subject to discuss in public, but corporate executives would prefer to buy back their own stock than hire more people this year. Meanwhile, investors want unemployment to stay at elevated levels so that the Federal Reserve stays accommodative.
