The First Court of Appeals has reached a decision that would allow the general public to video-tape police officers while they are working. This decision comes right after several well-known public cases have come to light involving citizens being arrested for video-taping police.
This specific case in question was Simon Glik vs.The City of Boston (and several police officers), in which a teenage Simon Gilk was arrested after videotaping Boston Police abusing a homeless man. While Mr. Gilk was not interfering with the police, he was arrested on wiretapping charges.

Is Money Freedom, can you comprehend it? Or do you need a bitch slap

Reality at the bottom
Sometimes in discussions with friends and acquaintances we increasingly are left with the feeling that most people have no idea what real money is or how it equates to Freedom. For instance, you are not free to violate the law and steal from somebody. If you do and are caught by law enforcement and convicted you will go to jail. However, "IF" you have enough money to buy law enforcement insuring that you will never be charge or brought to court, then you are "Free" to steal.

Does that sound a bit convoluted?  Well to you or I it might because we, or least this "we" have difficulty with the concept of somebody having enough money to buy "law enforcement".  Understand now, when talking about Law enforcement we are not talking about the "cop on the beat" that is paid a few bucks to turn the other way.  Nope, we are talking about buying a whole government agency who job it  is to insure that laws are not violated that involve the transference of "Billions" of dollars.

In this case we are talking about The Securities and Exchange Commission whose job is to insure that large corporations, banks and trading institutions do not break laws designed to protect those who would invest, those who would save for retirement, those who would purchase medical insurance and on and on until you have included all who impact the wealth of a nation.

So if you are wondering how that can be done, then you haven't read our previous two posts,How can you be free if Government protects the Crooks? Wall Street and the SEC. Freedom? and US to sue Major Banks, do the math, it's a sick joke  and we suggest you do.

Now everything is relative. So if you and a significant other can buy your food, your gas, and don't have a lot of needs and wants and make the average American wage at jobs like, for example:

Which jobs pay near the typical national wage?

How can you be free if Government protects the Crooks? Wall Street and the SEC. Freedom?

Has Mat Tabbi scored again?  Why This is important to you, The SEC (securities and exchange commission) is supposed to be the Governments "POLICE" over Wall Street, Corporate and Bank dealings.  Whether or not you own any stocks or bonds in a retirement or personal account, how wall street functions impacts the economy and JOBS.  Our question would be, if the police investigate you for a crime do they throw away the evidence and protect you, or do they arrest you and jail you?  Well, whats the old saying, It is not who you know but who you blow?

So often times we print info such as this because, though you or I may never get rich from stocks or bonds, you and I will be victims of government protected crooks.  Freedom does not mean just go about your business without harming anybody else.  To have freedom you must have protection from those who would take it from you.  If your own government is protecting those who steal from you how can you ever be free.  And that is why my friends we often stray from mainstream media to follow the money. Not because we suffer from the delusion we may someday be rich, but because we do not want to be enslaved!

So who is Matt Tabbi? From WikipediaMatthew C. "Matt" Taibbi (born March 2, 1970) is an American author and polemical journalist reporting on politics, media, finance, and sports for Rolling Stone and Men's Journal.[1] Previously he edited and wrote for The eXile, the New York Press, and The Beast. His July 2009 Rolling Stone article "The Great American Bubble Machine" famously described Goldman Sachs as "a great vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity, relentlessly jamming its blood funnel into anything that smells like money." Matt Tabbi now has a 9 page  Article on Rolling Rolling Stone asking,  Is the Government covering up for Wall Street?

We will attempt to highlight some of it (emphasis ours).  You can also listen to this interview with Matt Tabbi. The 12:13 mark gets interesting.
