L.P. is the young lady that sings "into the wild" which people are looking for under"somebody left the gate wide open," Citibank commercial which we have posted here, SOMEBODY LEFT THE GATE WIDE OPEN (link). A long time fan of Roy Orbison we really like the cover she does here.

Our take on L.P. Obviously "Into the Wild" aka "Somebody Left the Gate Wide Open" has hit a nerve if the hits she has received on our site since posting are any indication. Obviously huge talent packed into a small lady. Voice has range, an edge when she wants it and pretty on a melody. What we want to see, is L.P. taking on some hard edge blues ala Janis Joplin. Not because we want too see a JJ copy, but because our bet is she would kick ass.
Now if somebody can just get in touch with her handlers and let them know we might like to know where we can get some more of her music? Otherwise we will have to settle for ripping them.Add to Technorati Favorites
