Ernst Gaines, the American author had once mentioned in one of his short stories-“Question everything. Every stripe, every star, every word spoken, Everything”.

Have we really forgotten this ‘rule’? In our fast-paced lives, we hardly stop to question so many things around us. There are a lot of things lying around us which don’t deserve to be there. But, we have given them a chance because we simply didn’t question their existence. (If we did question, we didn't get the answer and we conveniently ignored this and moved on with our lives) And by the time, we wake up and try to make a change, we are already deep into that shit. Be it Natural calamities or Terrorist activities or Illegal encroachments or Scams and Scandals, just name it and we can see that these things are always in the limelight at the very last minute, when we really can’t do much about it.

We are responsible for our own actions and due to our failure to act at the right time, we have been exploited at every stage. The promoters of such antagonistic movements/operations have succeeded in cheating us handsomely. They have simply taken advantage of our lenient behaviour and sold their defunct ideas, products and schemes leaving us at a loss.  For us, ...............................;..............then the Politicos, Heads of Corporate Organizations, Sports and welfare organizations, educational institutions, et al.

Every single time we have had to bow down and take the consequences in our stride. How long can this go on? How long do we remain vulnerable to such occurrences? Isn’t it time for us to wake up and take a stand- that We are not ready to accept dishonesty or fraud or any kinds of other unethical or unacceptable acts, anymore.

Whoever, in his Leadership capacity or non-Leadership role tries to do so should be severely and QUICKLY prosecuted and punished. We need to make sure there are no more cases of .................................................... The people concerned with the above mentioned rogues kept quiet and didn’t interfere with the state-of-affairs. This led to those crooks continuing with their illegal operations and fulfill their quest for greed and power. And the resultant was shame and embarrassment. For ........................ it was limited in terms of the people involved but in ................................. case, it was a National disgrace.

The following are 50 economic numbers from 2011 that are almost too crazy to believe....

#1 A staggering 48 percent of all Americans are either considered to be "low income" or are living in poverty.

#2 Approximately 57 percent of all children in the United States are living in homes that are either considered to be "low income" or impoverished.

#3 If the number of Americans that "wanted jobs" was the same today as it was back in 2007, the "official" unemployment rate put out by the U.S. government would be up to 11 percent.

#4 The average amount of time that a worker stays unemployed in the United States is now over 40 weeks.

#5 One recent survey found that 77 percent of all U.S. small businesses do not plan to hire any more workers.

#6 There are fewer payroll jobs in the United States today than there were back in 2000 even though we have added 30 million extra people to the population since then.

The Associated Press reports the following: WASHINGTON (AP) — Squeezed by rising living costs, a record number of Americans — nearly 1 in 2 — have fallen into poverty or are scraping by on earnings that classify them as low income. The latest census data depict a middle class that's shrinking as unemployment stays high and the government's safety net frays. The new numbers follow years of stagnating wages for the middle class that have hurt millions of workers and families. "Safety net programs such as food stamps and tax credits kept poverty from rising even higher in 2010, but for many low-income families with work-related and medical expenses, they are considered too 'rich' to qualify," said Sheldon Danziger, a University of Michigan public policy professor who specializes in poverty.

With the last line in the article being:

"People who never thought they would need food are in need of help," said Mayor Sly James of Kansas City, Mo., who co-chairs a mayors' task force on hunger and homelessness.

Which for us is the operative point of the article. We wonder how many people fortunate enough to still have incomes they can live on are. We are quite sure many of them, instead of being grateful, are thinking that could never happen to me.  Warning! IT IS NOT OVER YET! #1 Today, only 55.3 percent of all Americans between the ages of 16 and 29 have jobs.

#2 In the United States today, there are 240 million working age people.  Only about 140 million of them are working.

#3 According to CareerBuilder, only 23 percent of American companies plan to hire more employees in 2012.

#4 Since the year 2000, the United States has lost 10% of its middle class jobs.  In the year 2000 there were about 72 million middle class jobs in the United States but today there are only about 65 million middle class jobs.

#5 According to the New York Times, approximately 100 million Americans are either living in poverty or in "the fretful zone just above it".

#6 According to that same article in the New York Times, 34 percent of all elderly Americans are living in poverty or "near poverty", and 39 percent of all children in America are living in poverty or "near poverty".

A. Which we are sure will give Tea Party conservatives nightmares, She does an outstanding job of illustrating the hypocrisy of Obama, and
B.  We will offer it as proof that Hannity could do the same to Gingrich or any of the others from which he has brown residue on his lips.

 That we have crooks in congress should not be a surprise to anyone. In fact our contention is that most people just do not give a freaking flip. How else can one explain that one the most corrupt, California Representative Maxine Waters (D) has been in office since 1991!

Are we shocked? No. Are we amazed? No. Remember, were from Florida where in the states capital, the police were amazingly able to lose a college student, hippie drug informant, within 20 minutes of leaving the police station, resulting in her death.  Yet the Chief of police Dennis Jones still serves his citizens proudly?
